Buttercream – We provide a wide variety of flavored buttercreams – if you have a particular flavor in mind that you don’t see listed below please let me know!

Tier One $0.30/serving

Whipped Cream: Whipped Cream is homemade and can have many things added to it: Caramel, Sugar Free Caramel, Chocolate, or layered with fresh fruit!

Cream Cheese – Made with cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar, this delicious filling can be flavored to create a unique combination perfect for your occasion!

Lemon, Orange, Pineapple, Peppermint, Cherry, Lime, Chocolate

Fruit Preserve Fillings:   Raspberry, Strawberry, Rhubarb Strawberry, Apricot, Blackberry (contains seeds), Blueberry, Black Cherry, Plum, Apple, Cranberry, Ginger, Gingered Grape & Tangerine Orange.  More flavors are available upon request.

Fresh Fruit Fillings: Fresh fruit fillings are available depending on season; they are layered upon a bed of homemade whipped cream!

Lemon Curd

Bavarian Cream: This light and airy filling goes well with many different cake flavors and can be flavored upon request.  Most common flavors are: Chocolate and Vanilla – make your imagination the limit!

Ganache – a traditional French filling:

Available in Diamond Chocolate (white), Milk Chocolate, Semi-sweet Chocolate, Dark Chocolate, and Peanut Butter Chocolate

*your favorite alcohol can be added to the ganache at extra cost ($0.20/slice)

Tier Two: $0.55/serving

Marinated Strawberries: Strawberries diced and tossed in sugar and Grand Marnier (optional)

Berry Melody: A mixture of in season berries, tossed in sugar and Kirsch (cherry flavored liquor – optional)

Praline Sauce – a combination of corn syrup, brown sugar, butter, vanilla and pecans

Candied Zest: Candied zest can be used in the filling or as a decor!  This is very popular with the cake bites!
