Sachertorte – a traditional French chocolate cake – this 3 layered cake melts away in your mouth with each blissful bite!  Traditionally it is filled with ganache, as well as having ganache poured over the top! Perfect for any chocolate lover!

Italian Cream Cake – featuring coconut, chopped pecans or walnuts, vanilla and a hint of spice

Chocolate Italian Cream Cake – a spin on the original Italian cream, this cake has all of the traditional favorites with some cocoa thrown into the mix!
